Command Line Interface
Is the user interfacing where by Computer User and a Computer itself using to exchange the information. Command Line Interface also known as “CMD”. By using a command line any user can operate a computer operating system as well as application system.
How to open Command Line Interface
Go to “Start”
In search or Run type “CMD”
Then hit “ENTER” after selected.
The Command Line Will opened.
OR
Start -> Program Files -> Accessories - > Command Prompt
The Basic Command Line.
In Command line interface there are more than a hundred command, but the following are some basic Command line Interface for Beginners.
Understand the Command Line Interface
Let take an example of
C:\Users\Raymkindo\Introduction.doc
This Command line tells us we are in the C: drive {default drive letter of the HDD in every PC}
and in Users Directory while Raymkindo is the subdirectory of the users directory. And Introduction.doc is a file name directory Raymkindo.
How to hide and Show File/folders by using Command Prompt
In Command line we can hide and Show and file, folders or subfolders in the Computer system.
The following are command which used to perform the specific Task.

attrib +s +h +r E:\myfolder
attrib -s -h –r E:\myfolder
Attrib - provides with various attribute features and when the folder is hidden you cannot see it even if you search in search Box.
